Andrews Group Real Estate (Oakwyn Realty Ltd.) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

• Account information — when you create a free account, we store your name, email, an encrypted password, and optionally your phone number.
• Your activity — saved searches, favourite listings, and any home you register in the portal.
• Enquiries — details you submit through contact, showing-request, or home-evaluation forms.
• MarketBrief — if you subscribe, your email and chosen neighbourhood.
• Technical data — standard web logs (IP address, browser) and, where you access sold-listing (VOW) data, a record of that access as required by our real estate board.

How we use it

• To operate your account: run your saved searches and email you new matches and price changes.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide real estate services.
• To send the MarketBrief and occasional updates, if you opted in.
• To meet real estate board requirements for access to sold-listing data.

Sold-listing (VOW) data

Sold prices and related data are provided under our real estate board's data licence. Access requires a free account, and we keep a record of that access as the board requires. This data may not be redistributed.

We never sell your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site (such as our email provider), and only as needed to provide the service to you, or where required by law.

Your choices

• Email alerts — manage or delete saved searches any time from your account.
• MarketBrief — unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of any MarketBrief email. This is separate from your account.
• Delete your account — remove your account and saved data any time from your account page. (Board-required access records are retained as noted above.)
• Access your information — contact us to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
